Spore provides an enterprise platform for AI influence campaigns, including:

• Campaign creation and management tools
• AI model targeting and analytics
• Real-time performance monitoring
• Reporting and insights dashboard

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account.

Account Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must represent a legitimate business entity

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

In no event shall Spore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
